Privacy
Privacy Policy and Sensitive Information
How we treat personal and medical information. Sensitive documents are not sent in the initial inquiry form.
Disability, National Insurance, personal-injury and medical-malpractice files contain particularly sensitive personal and medical information. We treat that information with the utmost seriousness — before, during, and after the handling of the case.
What Details Do We Collect?
- Basic contact details (name, phone, email) — through the contact form or by phone
- A general description of the case — at the initial-inquiry stage, without documents
- Medical documents, committee decisions and employment records — only after we have requested them and following explicit consent
- ID and fee agreement — at the time of opening a formal file
Why Do We Use the Details?
- Initial eligibility review of the case relative to the firm's practice areas
- Conducting the legal proceeding before the relevant body (National Insurance Institute, insurance companies, tribunals, courts)
- Communication with the client — ongoing updates, scheduling, transfer of documents
- Billing, fee documentation, and file retention per Israel Bar Association directives
Who Can See the Information?
We do not transfer information to marketing entities, we do not sell data, and we do not share details with third parties not required for handling the file.
- Attorneys at the firm handling the case
- Court personnel (for the purpose of the legal proceeding) — only as required for handling the case
- Medical experts whom you approve to submit opinions in your case
- Specific bodies addressed as part of the proceeding (National Insurance, tribunals) — only to the extent required
How Are Documents Kept?
- Physical documents are kept in a secure archive at the firm
- Digital documents are kept in secure case-management systems
- Access to documents is limited to the firm staff handling the case
- File retention follows Israel Bar Association directives — after the handling concludes
