About the Firm
A Tiberias-based law firm. Representation in National Insurance, disability, personal injury, medical malpractice, debt and enforcement.
The firm was founded in 2010 in Tiberias. We accompany clients in fields where procedural processes, medical committees, and prolonged proceedings before public bodies — demand accumulated knowledge and time.
A law firm operating out of Tiberias — not Tel Aviv. This is not just a geographic choice: it enables closeness to clients across the northern region, personal attention, and rapid response. The firm is run by two partners — Adv. Itay Levi, founder of the firm, and Adv. Anat Levi, senior partner.

Every case begins with an initial consultation — at no charge. By the end of the conversation you will receive an initial assessment of the case, information on what to expect next, and if there is a basis to proceed — a focused document request. Representation begins only after a written fee agreement is signed.

Disability, National Insurance, personal-injury and medical-malpractice files contain particularly sensitive personal and medical information. We treat it with the seriousness it deserves — with secure tools, restricted access to the team handling the file, and working procedures aligned with Israel Bar Association guidelines. The firm operates out of Tiberias and accompanies clients mainly in the northern region — Haifa, Nazareth, Karmiel, Acre, Nahariya, Kiryat Shmona, Afula and the surrounding area. Where legally possible, we also work with clients from the central region — usually via video call. Telephone and video consultations are available to anyone who needs them.

Firm Philosophy
Every law firm can recite a list of values. With us, each of these four is a working practice — not a declaration.
With us there is no "Case 4327." There is a story — of a person, a family, a challenging chapter of life. Before discussing legal provisions, we talk. We are available, provide regular updates, and respond directly — not through a secretary.
We update on legislation, case law, and procedures every week. Every case is prepared meticulously — document by document, committee by committee.
From the very first conversation, we tell you everything — the prospects, the risks, the costs. Fee agreements are made in writing, with no "surprises" midway. If we do not believe in a case, we say so.
Legal proceedings are a means, not an end. We do not close a case just because the first committee returned a negative result. Appeal, court, ruling — the path closes only when all options have been exhausted, or when the remaining gap no longer justifies the risk to the client.
