The Process

How does the process work?

From the first inquiry through conclusion — a transparent workflow, step by step.

Every case is examined according to its circumstances, documents, deadlines, and applicable law. Before representation begins, the client receives a full explanation of the handling approach and the fees. This is how the process looks at our firm.

Process Stages

1. Initial Inquiry

A phone inquiry, via the contact form, or by WhatsApp — with general details only. There is no need at this stage to send medical documents, committee decisions or ID. We will respond within one business day, usually much sooner.

2. Initial Eligibility Review

A brief conversation to establish the circumstances — what happened, when, and which parties are involved. The purpose is to determine whether the case fits the firm's practice areas and whether there is an initial legal cause of action. The conversation does not create an attorney-client relationship.

3. Request for Relevant Documents

If there is a basis to proceed, we request focused documents — usually ones already in your possession (decisions of public bodies, medical files, employment papers). We will guide you precisely on which documents are required and how to transmit them securely.

4. Assessment of Options, Prospects and Risks

After reviewing the documents — a meeting (at the Tiberias office, at your home, or via video) where we honestly present: the prospects, the risks, the expected timeline, any external costs that may arise (e.g., court filing fees or medical expert opinions), and our recommendation. If we do not believe in the case, we say so.

5. Fee Agreement Before Representation Begins

Before representation begins, a written fee agreement is signed clarifying payment terms, separate expenses (if any), and the scope of representation. Legal representation begins only after explicit agreement and signing.

6. Representation Before Bodies, Committees and Courts

Ongoing case management — filing documents, attending committees, conducting the proceeding before the relevant body, and managing the legal proceeding if required. You receive ongoing updates — even when there is nothing new to report.

7. Updates to the Client

Personal availability, updates on every significant stage, clear explanation of what is happening and why. Not through a secretary — directly from the attorney handling the case.

8. Conclusion of Handling

At the end of the proceeding — a written summary of the outcomes, instructions for next steps if any (e.g., realization of additional rights, appeal, or execution of judgment), and transfer of documents. The client file is retained in accordance with Bar Association regulations.

Clarification. Every case is examined according to its circumstances, documents, deadlines, and applicable law. Nothing herein constitutes a commitment to a particular outcome. Before representation begins, the client receives a full explanation of the handling approach and the fees.
