# Accessibility Statement

The firm is committed to making legal service accessible to every client — on the site, in the physical office, and remotely.

Disability, National Insurance and personal-injury cases — these are cases that often concern people with disabilities. For us, accessibility is not an add-on — it is a basic condition of service.

## Website Accessibility

The site was designed in line with accessibility principles standard in Israel and with the recommendations of the WCAG standard. Including:

- Hebrew text in proper RTL direction
- High color contrast between text and background
- Clear and readable font size
- A "Skip to main content" link for screen readers
- Alternative descriptions for principal images
- Clear heading hierarchy
- Forms with readable labels
- Browser text zoom without breaking the layout

## Physical Office Accessibility

The office is located at 13 Yochanan Ben Zakkai, Maimonides Building, Tiberias.

Clients who have difficulty reaching the office due to mobility impairment are welcome to schedule a meeting at the client's home (in the northern region) or via video call. We communicate accessibility options before each meeting.

## Remote Consultation

- Phone consultation — in Hebrew, Arabic, English or Russian — subject to availability
- Video call — by prior arrangement
- Meeting at the client's home — in cases where health condition or mobility impairment does not allow arrival at the office

## Advance Arrangement for People with Disabilities

It is recommended to note at the time of scheduling the first meeting if any specific accessibility adjustment is needed — for example, an escort, a sign-language interpreter, a meeting at an accessible site separate from the office, or reading materials in an adapted format. We will try to prepare accordingly.

## Accessibility Contact

Comments, inquiries or reports of an accessibility issue on the site or at the office — please contact us:

- By office phone
- Via the contact form — noting "Accessibility" in the subject line
- In writing to the firm's address

**Statement.** This accessibility statement is a general statement of the firm's commitment to accessibility. In the event of changes to the page or the site, the statement will be updated.
